My Verizon is a consumer facing app that allows Verizon Wireless customers to manage their account and plan, upgrade devices, access rewards and monitor data.
Verizon went through a rebranding with agency Pentagram. Their consumer-facing products required a remapping of old designsto fit the new look and feel.
AKQA and Verizon teamed up to create the new pattern library and map over 5500 pages.
I was hired as Product Designer as a designer of a large team of designers in a mission to remap all of the My Verizon app screens.
I reworked the UI/UX and helped deliver detailed documents outlining the structure, measurements, and components.
